Can you make me a custom cat/order?
I am not accepting custom orders right now. Sorry!
Can you gift wrap this little guy?
Sure! I don't mind sending your order as a gift to someone. I can wrap in nice paper and include a gift packing slip that doesn't have the price. The most important thing that YOU can do is be clear that this is what you want, by adding important info in the "note to seller" box when you order, or by sending a "Conversation" to me. So please make sure you are clear WHO the gift is for and what address you want it sent to!
Care instructions
My dolls are made from minky fabric which has been professionally printed. I also prewash fabrics before creating the dolls. The colour will not fade, run or rub off. If you wash the doll in a machine with regular clothing detergent, the exterior fabric will not be damaged, but the stuffing may become shifted around and be lumpy, like any stuffed animal.
So yes, you can gently wash Trixie and Tilda dolls!

• I ship with Canada Post. I am located in Ottawa Canada.
American Customers
• Free shipping for most of my lighter items is sent with Canada Post Small Packet Air. Estimated 5-8 days for delivery. This does NOT include tracking. You can upgrade to 'Tracked Packet' in most listings, or you can request rush shipping if you contact me.
• Larger/multiple item/more expensive orders will automatically be sent with a Canada Post service with a tracking number.
I do not ship dolls to all countries due to regulations. If your country is not listed, I cannot ship to you.
